Christina and Tyler thank everyone who supported the Big Brothers, Big Sisters Gift Tree which is located in the Bistro during the Christmas season. Over 50 Christmas gifts were given to the children in this organization.

Christina and Tyler travelled to Toronto to meet top Chefs in the food industry at the CFRA show. At the show they took part in live cooking presentations. There they met celebrity chefs such as Michael Smith, Bob Blummer, and Mark McEwan who all have shows on the Food Network. Christina and Tyler attend many shows and functions to keep up with what's new in the food industry so they can give the best dinning experience to you!

2008 Earth Hour
We turned out the lights to celebrate Earth Hour!
Everyone who had dinner at Grillmarks that night were very happy to be participating, and having dinner by candlelight. The bottom picture looks bright from the flash, but the whole building was dark! Pictures to be posted soon from the 2009 Earth Hour!

Grillmarks was exclusivley asked to cater for Cinefest
In the first years of Grillmarks, we catered the 2007 opening night for Cinefest. This was to start the week long cinema celebration. In the pictures shown we are catering the end of the 2008 Cinefest celebrations. Shown here are Christina, Tyler, and Lynda. (with Jim taking the pictures!)

March 2009 The Just Desserts Show was held at The Caruso Club. All proceeds went to The Arthritis Society. We took part by entering our B52 Tiramisu.
April 2009 We took part in the First Sudbury Living Home Show. We had great reviews on our Signature Cheese Dip, and our Caesar Rimmer.
